Schedule a session to evaluate your current areas of wellness and determine areas of strength as well as areas that you would like to improve.

Wellness Plan

Schedule a session to create a wellness plan with resources and scheduled events on your plan to commit to life changes and identify the supports you may need (i.e., nutritionist appointment, PCP, local art classes, or activity groups, etc.). Our coaches can assist you with creating meaningful objectives that are easy to meet and can measure.

Accountability Sessions

Take an additional step and sign up for our accountability sessions to review your progress with your wellness plan. These individual sessions can also be utilized to review progress and ask for additional insight or assistance on workbooks.

Wellness Workshops

Sign up for our wellness webinars which are interactive classes that provide helpful information to assist you on your wellness journey. Enjoy interactive, interesting, and easy to apply concepts to improve your physical, mental and/or spiritual wellness.

Wellness Workbooks

The workbooks are broken into sections that will address the 8 dimensions of wellness. It will be offered in four separate volumes.

Accountability Groups

This resource is solely for the workbook. It is an interactive community that focuses on sections of the workbook where clarification is needed as well as motivation to continue the work that has been started. The accountability sessions are intended for personal work and more detailed, individual sessions.
